Check this out, a polaroid camera in a turtle shell, how cool can that be?
P.S. no turtles were harmed in the making, only natural causes of death.

Not long ago photographer Jason Bognacki took a vintage 1926 Piccolette Contessa-Nettel folding camera and mount it together with a Canon 5D. The results of his experiment is unexpectedly great, absolutely marvelous photos are made with that “Frankenstein” camera.

Turtle cameras, Canon hybrids, check out this amazing and at the same time horrifying camera. You’r definitely gonna be the center of attention in the street with that kind of camera. This masterpiece is made by Wayne Martin Bleger who also have several unnatural and beautiful large format cameras on his site.

Another one from Wayne Martin Bleger, now it’s a camera made out of a deer, steal and some brass stuff. Looks really steam punkish.

And of course the famous SPAM pinhole camera made by Chris Keeney. Want to make one of your own, you can find step by step instructions on Keeney’s site.

Designed by Sung Young Um & Jung Eun Yim, I’m not really clear on what the point of the Sling Shot is, except to get pictures of your friends looking like you’re about to fling a rock into their eye. But yes, it’s a camera inside a slingshot.

And for the desert take a look at the video camera inside of a Barbie. Yes, exactly, a Barbie doll with build in video camera, isn’t this a thing that you dreamed about for years?

Springtime is special for everyone, but it means even more for people who love bicycles. For us it’s also an important moment for another reason. It’s the end of a long journey that lead us to the creation of the second collection of Creme bicycles. As always, we have put in our whole heart and a lot of work to make sure that every minute spent with the bike – whether on it, or beside it – will be pure pleasure for the eyes, the soul and the body.

Take a look at the pleasant moments that we captured on our cameras, and check out the bicycles that will take you through secluded country lanes and busy streets of big cities.

The Devon Tread 1 watches are far form cheap, everyday accessories. Each costs $15,000 run on lithium polymer rechargeable cell that can run up to 2 weeks on a single charge. Not a very cool feature for a fifteen grand watch.

The Devon Tread 1 watch are far not a cheap accessory for every day. It costs $15,000 run on lithium polymer rechargeable cell and can run up to 2 weeks on a single charge. Not a very cool feature for a fifteen grand watch.

The Nixie Watch

Now here is the geek stuff. The Cathode Corner Nixie watch are a two-digit wristwatch using Nixie tubes. The watch requires no button-pushing to operate. Just hold the watch at your standard viewing angle, and the hours, then the minutes, will appear in perfectly-formed, 14mm tall, glowing orange digits.

This piece of retro nerdity is more affordable, it costs only $395. Even Steve Wozniak the co-founder of Apple has one of those. He even regrets that he haven’t invented those.

Opus XI Watch

And for desert the Harry Winston Opus Eleven Watch. Very stylish, very mechanically hi-tec. They remind me of some traps or torture mechanisms from the SAW movies.

These are the most expensive watch from the three. Price is in the $250,000 range ($230,000 in white gold, and $289,000 in white gold with diamonds), you simply need to rob a bank or win a jackpot in Las Vegas to afford it.
