I found the Japanese site but …. well … it’s in Japanese and not even a language translator can help me

I don’t know where you can buy these but I typically go to http://www.BuySteampunk.com to find listings of steampunk-style stuff for sale. It taps into eBay and distills the listings and updates every time you check back.
