Graffiti on Ruins in Brazil

December 27th, 2007 FunForever

Now, this is not what most of us expect to see thinking about graffiti. These are made on ruins of buildings and walls. Not the best place to display graffiti works - not many admirers in these kinda places. But still, these make a good impression and the surrounding ruins help a lot.

These are amazing. I am a country mouse, and on the rare occasions when I venture to Boston or New York, I am always appalled by the brutal ugliness. These transform that into beauty.

I think this is the best graffiti I’ve ever seen. I’m a painter of faces myself so this works for me. What I want to know is how long did they sit there before seeing the visual in their heads. These are terrific!

This is pretty fabulous stuff! Just goes to show how one man’s junk is another man’s treasure….or from one man’s junk, another makes it treasure! Thanks for sharing. I was impressed! Very nice.
