This has got to be the best fan-made Iron Man suit. The parts are made of glass fiber painted in rich red and gold colors. The necktie and midsection are made of flexible plastic and the gloves are made of foam rubber. The helmet comes with reflective lenses so no one can see the wearer’s eyes. Ideally you have to be 6.2 tall, 35 inch waistline, approx. 220 lbs to feed inside the suit.
Pretty cool how far can it fly! :p
No seriously it is a good suit i am currently constructing a working hand and arm as seen in this image:

I hope to have a fully working hand that can fire a repulsor blast the hand design is complete already and i hope to fix the repulsor blast by december 2010 other than that i think it will all be ready without gadgets by october 2009. Hopefully i will also sort out thrust capacitors by 2012 so i can fly to ironman 3!
On a related note does anyone know wether it is possible to have shoes that bend out at the back like the one stark is adding touches to in the film!
