Burj Dubai is the world’s tallest skyscraper. It isn’t finished yet but by the looks of the photos it’s close to completion. Burj Dubai will be 819 meters or even higher and have about 190 floors. Now Dubai will be the proud owner of not only the most beautiful hotels but also the world’s tallest skyscraper. Can you imagine the view from it? I bet it’s going to be spectacular.
This is how the Burj would look in New York, and compared with other tallest buildings
These small toy vehicles called Arche Toys are the creation of Floris Hovers. They are hand made from steel extrusions. This idea developed from a question which was occupying Floris “why do grow-ups have desire to play with toys.” I have to say that toys from steel is a very practical idea. This means children won’t be able to the break them. And of course these look awesome
The author of this “creation” got rid the case and glued the insides on to a cupboard and labeled them, so people who do not know how the insides of the case look like could understand what is what. I did almost the same thing with my computer once, I had a cooling problem so I put the insides on the table.I also had to unplug the turn on button so I turned it on with a screwdriver. And it’s a lot easier to clean that way.

Do you have a need for speed? Then this is for you! Just grab the wheel and mow with the speed and elegance of a F1 car. This is a F1 lawn mower concept. It looks awesome! I think mowing the grass with this baby will be lots of fun.
Architect Laurie Chetwood designed this brand new way to generate renewable energy. The project is going to be built in north-western Russia over a gorge at Lake Ladoga. The dam looks like a yacht sail and is very effective in capturing wind. It will be 25m high and boast a 75m. The construction may start next year. The cost of the project is about $5 million. Let’s hope that this project will be a success, it looks like a very good way to generate power.
These bizzare and weird sculptures were created by Pierre Matter. Pierre made them out of copper, aluminum, bronze rubber and other materials. These sculptures are made in the fashion of Steampunk, Gothic and post modernism styles. It’s too bad i don’t have much room in my apartment, these things look great.
Here is a steampunk design of a laptop by Richard R. Nagy aka Datamancer. Steampunk is when modern gadgets are styled like in Victorian age - usually with lots of gears. This steampunk laptop looks really cool but I doubt how portable it is. This laptop with all the gears and wood decoration must be really heavy. Nevertheless it’s a fantastic piece of work.
People never stop to surprise me, not long ago with the Roddler now they decided to customize something else - presenting custom segways. They fit it with huge wheels, some containers and a trailer to carry more stuff, all that’s missing is a few plasma monitors and speakers. It would be a good idea to fit the speakers and the monitors on the trailer, that would be cool.
