Momaboma bags are real. In the sense that if it’s an L.P. bag, it’s made of a real used vinyl. Recycled aestheticism, that’s what they do.

MomaBoma use school notes, magazines and newspapers for their bags. They are great!

This Party Timer absolutely rocks. It is developed to help you find out, what kind of party you are hosting (in case you are too drunk to figure it out yourself?)

Party Timer can be placed on a table or up the wall. There are only four options:
1st option – regular clock
2nd option – party timer
3rd option – party timer with analysis of the party afterwards
4th option – you select a party and the timer tells you how to turn up the sound if necessary.
Inside the Timer is a sensor, which measures sound level. There are 9 ways of parties:
If the sound level is 0-10 db, Party Timer says No Party

If the sound is 11-20 db, this means it’s a Romantic Party

If the sound level is 21-50 db, it’s really casual (Talking Party)

If the sound level is 51-70 db, the party is just getting started (Lite Party)

If the sound level is 71-90 db, it’s a Music Party

If the sound level is 91-100 db, the dancing is on (Dance Party)

If the sound level is 101-120 db, you might have taken your Timer to a club? (Club Party)

If the sound level is 121-160 db, the neighbourhood knows about your party (Mega Party)

161 db and up means that a war might have begun (Atom Party)

Lord of the Rings would envy this collection of cool rings. Yeah well, perhaps, the cool part is not exactly what Tolkien meant, anyway – feast your eyes, ladies!

Alyssa Dee Krauss old style ticket rings.

Pippa Knowles Barcode collection

This is a ring to substitute diamonds, around 90 bucks each. Developed by Yuho Fukuhara, a graduate of Tokyo’s Hiko Mizuno College of Jewellery.

Square slices that rotate and slide by UK designer James Newman

Folded metal plates can also be rings! By Dutch jeweler Suzanne Esser.

Another Dutch artist – Ineke Otte, grass is greener on his rings.

Sarah Chilton makes rings with animals inside. Sweet!

Audio cassettes are misused nowadays. Less and less people listen to them, preferring to create objects of art, like this cutest retro wallet, hand-made from cassette tapes.

It was created by Marcella Foschi and is available for $43 from Design Boom Shop.

Oh and by the way, Currys in Britain announced that it stops selling cassette tapes. The High Street chain also predicts that this Christmas will be the last time it sells any hi-fi system with a tape deck included.
For a comparison, last year Currys sold just 100,000 tapes compared with 83 million in 1989.

Super trendy and cute thing – funny bandages. I mean, if we want to make life funnier, bandages are one of the most important thing for that.
Sooo, this bandage is from our favourite Meric Kara. No definite message.

This one is a Communicator Swarovski bling plaster with real Swarovski crystals by Fabian Seibert.

Silver and 8 Carat gold bandages “for the heart” from Adk Design. They probably won’t heal but look really nice.

Also not a real bandage – just because it’s the size of a skateboard. And it actually is a skateboard.

Untypical designers Atypyk have plasters like this:
